Character Name: Charlym Zuar'dan
A name from the ancient language of the Kyanin Empire, which has been forgotten for centuries. It roughly translates to either "shadow walker" or "one who walks in the past".
Race: Unknown.
Most who see him assume he is human. None in this story have seen his full face as of yet. He stands about 5'10, and about 190lbs. He is fairly slim, and very physically fit. His strength is average for his size, and though he is not bulging with muscle, his body is perfectly toned and conditioned, giving him extremely high agility, balance, speed, and endurance.
Age: Unknown.
In this story he has hinted once to Gramorm that he has memories of a time nearly 4000 years ago, but nothing specific about his age has been revealed yet.
Primary Class: Bladedancer.
He has mastered an ancient style of fighting known in the Kyanin language as "Takata Dao'una", which roughly translated means "Circle of One". This style was once taught by the bladedancers of the ancient empires, and was thought to have died out with them. The basic principle of this fighting style is to have complete control over the circle of ones being, using training to expand that circle to encompass the area around oneself. Though normally practitioners of this style see thier circle mentally, in times of trouble or overwhelming odds, one will draw a circle around themselves. This serves two purposes, first as a sort of visual aide to help one focus on maintaining thier circle, and secondly (and most importantly) as a warning to those around oneself that to cross into the circle is to cross into a space under the complete control of the Bladedancer. More advanced masters of this style are able to maintain a larger circle and to absorb more circles into thier own.
Secondary Class: Assassin.
Trained for over 10 years with the Assassin guild known as the Blade of Thieves. Using his skills as a Bladedancer, he quickly rose to the upper circles of the guild, dispatching the few who openly opposed him, until he was the right hand of Rhamah, the guild leader at the time. Between his many contracts and guild missions, he taught new members the basics of sword and dagger fighting, resulting in highly trained and efficient assassins which soon became known and feared throughout most of the lands. Although his time with the guild came to a dramatic conclusion on the night of his betrayal, he continued to take contracts in the years afterwards.
Armor Proficiencies:
Highly effective in Light and Medium-Light armors. Prefers his current suit of Studded Leather, but also efficient using Leather, Heavy Cloth, or no armor at all. Will not wear any armor heavier than Studded Leather, unless it is part of a disguise.
Weapon Proficiencies:
Highly skilled in the use of all styles of swords and daggers, from slender rapiers, to heavy scimitars, short knives to two handed claymores. Medium skill with any other bladed weapons, such as axes, polearms, throwing stars, etc. He is most comfortable with his two current swords and fights extrememly effectively with one or both at a time.
Magical Abilities:
No known innate abilities as of yet, however he does posses two magical artifacts whith which he has a soul link. These include:
Norsirani Bracer - a magical bracer which summons the spirit of a mighty black stallion named Soulfire. When summoned, this horse is half in this plane and half in the spirit plane, and so moves at a much faster pace than any mortal horse would move, allowing Charlym to cover great distances in a short amount of time.
"Maitenahanet" - A dagger made of a black stone-like material said to be found only in the deepest pits of the abyss. Roughly translated from the demon tongue, its name means "Life's Eclipse", and though no one has seen him use it yet in the story, those around him can sense the power radiating from it, even while sheathed.
He also possesses a magical artifact which he is not linked to, but always has with him.
"Kirrithaga" - A small ring made of the same material as Maitenahanet. Its name, Kirrithaga, is the Demon word for Fury. Charlym recovered it from the ashes of Milandrer's body. Though he has yet to unlock its power, he suspects that it has the power to temporarily shapechange the wearer into a lesser Demon, granting them the Berserk and Demonic Fire abilities.
out of time, i'll add personality and stuff later

Character:Dunethar "Dune" Acthallion
Age: Mid 20's
Bio:
Raised by elves to become a ranger. He is in the Guild of Warders, which sent them to Makee where they encountered the Demon. Dune is little over 6'. He is usually wearing dark forest colors with a black vest and dark green cloak. He wields an ancient warders sword known as the Peace-Bringer. He usually prefered to be alone, but since his stay at the tavern, he has brought him into constant contact with others.
His life after training with the elves was spent in the high mountains, where he built his home.
Personality: Very wise and quick thinking, is generally friendly but due to his elven upbringing is not immedietly trusting.
Character 2: Rolden Bynor
Age: Early 20's
Bio:
Raised in Castle Bynor under his father the Duke. He was trained as a swordsman, leaving his elder brother to the title. He was always out with the patrols in the frontier town. Having experience in war at an early age, he met Dune at the battle of Climax Ridge; a fierce battle between the goblin invaders and the troops of Bynor.
Dune joined the battle and saved Rolden's life. After the battle they talked and became companions, only recently meeting up again at Fort Soulaxe.
He wields a blade that curves in the middle but is mostly straight.
Personality: Generally friendly, though sometimes too trusting. Not as quick thinking as Dune but can usually find a way out of trouble.

Char: Nurg Eadsplittur-Ogre Maneater of the Eadsplittur Tribe. Leader. on a pilgramage to eat new things-anything. Follows the Great Maw. Most of you don't play Wahrhammer, so i'll explain. He is a gigantic eating machine off to taste new things on his leadership rights test. He will fight if you pay him, or he may just attempt to eat you. Follows the Great Maw, a god of Endless Hunger and Violence.
Wears: A huge hulking Belly plate, emblazoned with maw over his sacred organ, the stomach. A assortment of rust mail armor. A gigantic 2 handed Mace with spikes. Approximatly 13 foot tall, Nurg is big, even by Ogre standards. Huge, jutting teeth and a smart (for an Ogre) brain. He speaks Ogre only---Hope you can understand him!!

Name: Abreniar, it means "Abolishment" if translated.
Age: Unknown
Race: Firinar Human in shape only, their bodies are covered in a flame that can never be extinguished. Because of this, most do not wear any ornaments or clothings, as it wuld just burn away. However, stronger Firinar, such as Aromun, have mastered how to control what their flame burns, allowing them to wear armor and other such items.
Armor: Bracers of Worth and an Adamantine Breastplate.
Weapon Skills: Best with two handed weapons, claymores preferably. He's under par with one handed weapons, but is proficient with unarmed fighting, and knows a few grappling moves.
Magic skills: Demonic energy, which can be manipulated into any form. Unfortunately, he was in stasis for a long time so he has forgotten how to wield his energy to a great extent.
Special Equipment: Ruination - A 13 ft. long Zan Batou, it was customized to that length. It's blade is keen and slices through most armors with enough force behind it. Impossible to be used without the bracers of worth.
Bracers of Worth - Makes it possible to wield Ruination. Not having them equipped while touching Ruination's grip results in a flesh eating bacteria consuming you in whole. Unless of course, you are worthy of wielding it in the first place. Abreniar has modified the bracers to also increase the strength and will of the one who equips them. Several designs ornament them and they are sturdy enough to block a bolt shot from a heavy crossbow.
Personality: He sees living things as another resource, so he doesn't care much for them, unless he needs them to further his own means, or if they could kill him (much like our group here). Since he (his soul anyway) can't die too easily he is quick to enter fights and doesn't care how much damage his body takes. In the group, he'll watch out for other people, unless it will end in the termination of his body (it's a real inconvenience).
Background: A great demon lord, during one of their councils on the Isle of Kair, Orum challenged their powers and slew most of them. Abreniar was one of the few who's cunning saved them. Manipulating demonic energies, he hid away part of his soul inside Orum, which lay dormant for years, leeching off of Orum's soul. He grew impatient and tried to takeover Orum too soon, inevitably dooming him to be a second personality. Fortune smiled upon him, however, and Orum left the thing that would have kept his sanity, allowing Abreniar to corrupt him slowly.
Army: A rabble of 10,000, mainly made up of barbarians. A thousand of them are made up of wizards, sorcerors, clerics, and even a fallen Paladin. Another 500 are Abreniar's commanders from his first army, all of them are Drow except for one, who is an orc.
Second Character: Orum
Age: 50. His body is that of a 30 year old man though.
Race: Kairn Kairn's are native to the Isle of Kair, a secluded island as many think of it as a hazard to be avoided. They are a burly people, living close to the maelstrom.
Armor: Silver Plate blessed by Mora. It is resillient against all but the most powerful attacks.
Weapon Skills: Specializes in two-handed weaponry. Everything else doesn't have enough 'umph.'
Magic: None
Background: Orum, the host Abreniar chose before so he could live on, was once Kair's champion. (Kair is a small continent that is lost to most maps.) After Defeating the demon lord's of Kair, he retired and went to the main continent where he married and had two children. Abreniar, one of the demon lords of Kair, managed to place a bit of his soul into Orum's before he was killed. Years later, he finally leeched enough power to possess Orum and made him kill his wife and daughter before Orum regained control. Frightened he would kill his own son, he left him with his sickly sister. Many years later, he joined an expedition to save a mining camp. To hide his dark past, he used a fake name with the group he traveled with.

You'll have to excuse my post if the dialouge is a bit weak. It's late here, and I was trying to think up a way to get all the characters to meet up in Mountainsgate. Like Dinkleberg said, we can't excpect Iggy being the lone defender of the city :)
*Edit: Finally got around to making the character bio.
Name: Chander
Race: Human
Appearance: Black hair and dull grey eyes. Fairly tall, but with little muscle tone.
Armour: Wears a dark green robe over his normal clothing. The insides of his robe are lined with pouches almost all the way to the bottom. The robe is also well padded to prevent his numerous flasks and vials from smashing, though obviously provides little protection against edged weapons.
Weapons: Being an alchemist, Chander prefers to fight with his arsenal of potions, explosives and acids. However, he is also relatively proficient with knives and short swords.
Personality: Chander's obbsession with developing new mixtures tends to cloud his judgement over what's right and wrong. After his banishment from his home city of Makee, he is used to having more enemies then friends and so tends to be cautious around strangers.

I hope you guys dont mind me joining in so late but this seems like great fun.
Name: Vergil
Race: Human
Apperance: Shaggy brown hair covering his eyes, about 5'11''. Lean and skinny but with some muscular tone.
Armor: Cloth, anything that doesnt restrict movement.
Style: Unarmed street fighting, very agile and uses this to confuse foes. Also proficient with throwing weapons and moderately proficient with two handed swords.
Personality: Laid back and not caring, acts like a rockstar most of the time. Unable to feel compassion as his life has been nothing but roaming, fighting for the highest bidder. His earliest memory is his father being possessed and murdering his family. He hates demons with a passion.

Okay, I will start filling in.
My new chars (Tzul's daughter and Tzul's bodyguard/assassin) are going to the port of eisenheild via the city of Seven Bridges.
Mountainsgate ( http://www.geocities.com/dylan_race/Mountainsgate.html ) itself is the single largest fortification in the human lands. With a population of 23,000 it is also the largest city on the northern frontier. It was built as a fortification against Nordalf armies moving through the Telheim pass so the greatest of its defenses are facing northward though, as one of my descriptive posts illustrated, its southward defenses are awe-inspiring on thier own.
Professional defenses would include (as my page on the city says) A full standing professional army (obviously led by someone competent. Though there haven't been wars between humans and nordalf in a while, there is always going to be tensions, let alone attempts at banditry on the trade routes) There is also a civilian militia (less well trained or equipped but useful for filling-in) Other troops would include any that were pulled back from other positions within the kingdom, and if the situation warrents a pressing of able-bodied people from among the populus.
I doubt that the rulers of the city would suddenly switch leadership of the entire army, so maybe Iggy could have been put in command of either the militia or the force made up of whatever parts of the army had made it to the city ahead of the demonic horde (possibly leading to good story conflicts with established generals, who though not-corrupt or slack may not be correct every time. Give them some credit though, drooling morons would never have gotten high as they did)
From my map ( http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v347/Dylan_Race/mapupdate.gif ) Assume a one day journey between Mountainsgate and Telheim, meaning that re-enforcements can arrive fairly quickly, or if the city falls almost all of the army and civilian population can be marced back intact (and the civs should probably be evacuated before the battle actually starts. And since the fortress covers the entire pass, the northward pass should be fairly safe)

Apperance: Ash blonde with stormy gray eyes. A scar on her left cheek.
Armor:Shining iron chain mail.
Weapons: Double edged axe and an iron hammer.
No powers
Skills: Deadly with her axe and hammer. Not really skilled, but always hits what she wants to hit.

New chars:
Kerdak
Race: T'Sune
Age: 27
Appearance: 7'3", light reddish brown skin (leather texture). Black eyes (I mean black, obsidion orbs for eyes). Pure white hair usually braided into 1, 2, 4 or 5 locks. Twin rows of spinelike projections down back.
Armor: Heavy steel re-enforced leather
Weapons: Mighty compound composite longbow. A bow designed to take advantage of the T'Sune's greater size and strength. Has much more powerful draw than normal bows and uses a cable instead of organic bowstring so can be shot in wet weather without penalty.
Silversteel dire-edged greatsword.
A brace of 10 shrunkens laced with garlic poison.
The daughter of Lord Tzul, Kerdak was well trained in the use of bows and two-handed large weaponry. Surpassing all others at the bow, she came with her father to the eastern continent to test herself against the famous elven archers. Eventually she proved herself to be equal to all but the greatest among the western elves.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Jatival
Race: Komrail (Eastern Continent Human)
Age: 64
Apperance: 6'3", almond skin, very light grey hair, handlebar moustache.
Armor: Though appears unarmored, wears a suit of bladeturner leather armor under his clothing. This armor is enchanted to have the same defense as medium chain without penalty to agility.
Weapons: Rapier. 2 braces of 2 throwing darts.
A good friend of Tzul since childhood, Jatival has proven his mettle again and again. Trained as an assassin and bodyguard he has never failed in his duties. Holding the rank of 'forgotten hand' amongst the eastern continent assassins, he has focused his abilities to such an extent that his age seems to have no effect on him.
Has the semi-magical ability to hide from view even in the open in lighted conditions allowing first strike in nearly every fight.
I was thinking off having them lose the initial fight, but detonate the entire city when as much of the army is in it. Like have a bunch of explosives all over the city in the event that an enemy army would capture it, in the days of Yore, they could have had explosives all over the city to do as much damage to a conquering army as possible. When the garrison, militia and all the characters are out, they'll all run to the other city while the explosion rocks the landscape. It would be good for this army too becuase you don't want that many dudes continuing the campaign. But its $tormins city, so its up to him :)
As for Rolden, he's gonna start wearing an eyepatch and having a scar part way down his cheek.
I just have a couple of questions about this war.
What is the size of the demon army? Is it massive ie 50 000+ or just something worth considering ie 25 000+ or is it like the apocalypse ie Millions.
Rookie
04-06-2005, 06:57 PM
id say 100,000 +
Thats still alot, and more coming through his rift in the city formerly known as Makee. He's gonna open a 24 pack o' whoopass on this planet.
$tormin
04-06-2005, 06:59 PM
100,000+ seems a bit large, but workable. Remember though, they are not able to have a large percentage of that army in any one place. They have to hold captured territory, defend on all fronts and there are supply issues.
Demons between Mave/Jatvial and Port Eisenheild would be pretty unbelieveable. Right now, the whole point of the battle at Mountainsgate was that it was the only easy way through the mountains. The demons are going to have a hard enough time getting thier army over the main wall of Mountainsgate. The one facing Telheim.
Unbreakable barriers are a pain. They would have to move the entire army over the wall. :lol:
$tormin
04-06-2005, 08:03 PM
How about you form up a small, elite force and get ready to do some raiding deep behind enemy lines? Supply raids, strikes on the demon civilians who are just going to be starting on getting settled in, that sort of thing. Maybe grab a cable car from Telhiem to Seven Bridges (or ride a horse) and go down the river to the coast and get a boat at one of the small Nordalf towns that would be there. If you get a royal writ of passage from one of the chieftens (The Nordalf are not a unified nation but a bunch of tribes and independant towns etc) you could probably get well set up before you head out.
$tormin
04-06-2005, 08:18 PM
Go ahead. I am not going to force people to do exactly what I want. I just try to guide the story and keep it more along the lines of something that can hold onto a suspension of disbelief.
Oh, and someone else gets to deal with the ogre ^^ I think I calmed him down from his warhammer thing to something that people wouldn't have gone all-out to destroy long ago. (Something about 10 foot tall monsters that attack everything they can simply to eat people would make said people not well inclined to the existance of said monsters. Nomadic tribes of 10 foot tall creatures that practice ritualistic ghasting and cannibalism but generally keep to themselves wouldn't be worth the bother of wiping out and some would even risk trading with them for possible great profits)
Rookie
Alrighty, I think this is going to make the plot change a bit :), I think my next post will give a little insight to the Pathanar's plans...
$tormin
04-06-2005, 08:42 PM
We'll attack the cities around it. Have a large force encircle Telheim, they will not be able to get in or out and will slowly starve to death as they use up supplies.
Thought I made this one clear. Telhiem covers the entire pass. You can't go around, you cant strike past it without going through :) Like Mountainsgate's main wall, it is a wall going from cliff edge to cliff edge. What can be done (and what I have been saying is most likely) is the demons using a small force to hold the Mountainsgate wall and prevent any armies marching south through it, then moving the bulk of the army south or west.
Dinkleberg
Iggy had to stop, otherwise he would have been blown to smithereens by the impact of the explosives. Iggy's castings almost took him too much power, making them take longer to cast. Iggy blames himself for not finishing the casting in time, that's why he left the group.
04-08-2005, 08:54 AM
Well since we don't want to bore everyone, we could have some fights in the smaller passes. It would probably be better for the demon if he had control of the passes as well so he'd probably go for that. The other characters can run up to the passes and fight in there. Since i'm assuming the passes are pretty small too, it would also slow the demon army and cause it to split and go down each of the passes, leaving us an opportunity to cripple this particular army.
Dinkleberg
04-08-2005, 10:07 AM
Something I came up with, don't know why:
If you kill an Overlord, Pathanar will directly sense it, because their lives are tied together. This was done by Pathanar to ensure the Overlords wouldn't betray him, because if they killed him they'd die themselves. If an Overlord dies, Pathanar senses it and is hurt a bit, but not that bad.
<<<<<PATHANAR>>>>>>> Lord of all Demons
<Overlords> command Blood Legions consisting of thousand Demons.
<Lightslayers> command Stalking Troops consisting of one hundred Demons.
<Fiends> command Fleshripper Groups consisting of ten Demons.
<Normal Demons> basic cannon fodder.
<Food> Yay, food!
<Demon Slaves> Enslaved/corrupted people such as Humans or Elves.
Regular demons are divided into several classes:
Warrior Demons, they use claws, sometimes swords.
Berserker Demons, just like Warrior Demons but they are harder to kill and use 2 weapons.
Witch Doctor Demons, heal other Demons. Nasty.
Darkwhisper Demons, use dark and fire magic.
Stalker Demons, used for covert operations. Not to be confused with Lightstalkers.
Kork, since i made a new character, you can handle Dune and Rolden for a while, i'll pop in to help. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
Name: Arothl Legacile
Age: Early 30's
Class: Warder
Profile: Prefers melee combat but can use his magic devices to aid himself in battle. Trained for many years in the ways of the sword and the lore of the planet, he is a master of every weapon. A wide variety of weapons at his disposal he can handle himself in almost any situation. His primary weapon being his long sword, he can also use his war axe or any other weapon he may have.
Mostly clad in camoflauged colors, he will usually have a face mask on to keep his identity secret from his enemies. He will be friendlier than Dune but still warry and will protect his friends. He won't be a natural born leader as Dune is, but will take charge when necessary.
Yeah. Pretty much designed to be unbreachable from ahead or behind. It spans the entire pass and it has rather large storehouses and underground water supplies. The wind shearing caused by the mountains also prevents air attack (and that's why Jatival had to go to seven bridges to get an airship, they simply cannot fly over the spine)
There will come a point rather sooner than you would think where supplies for the army would take the entire transport capacity preventing further forces coming through.
But seriously, what I think should go down is an honorable duel to the death to settle things once and for all, which I think Aromun should ultimately win. But apologize for his dirty deeds. But that's just me you get a say too Gondi.
I just got back from work, so im going to go post now! I'll see if a nudge had already been added Kork. But I'll probably take over again since Arothl is headed that way. Boy, three characters is going to be hard to manage... But I THINK I CAN I THINK I CAN!
--------------------
I figured i'd put a little info about the warders
White Tower: These warders are the highest ranking, all around warriors and leaders, the elders of the White Tower are also members of the Warder Council. The first of the Warder Towers in the north, the White Tower Warders are the most powerful in melee and arrow combat.
Blue Tower: The Vampire-Slayers. They actually deal with all supernatural dealings, usually heavilly armed and equipped to handle anything from a ghost to a horde of undead. They are scattered about and can be very difficult to locate in groups. The tower is the westernmost and was the second built.
Green Tower: Mostly made up of magic users, they can wield the blade with some skill, but prefer the use of magic. They are more social, often amongst the mages of the world but mostly keep to the tower recording and studying magic. The Green Tower Warders are the most powerful on the planet. The eastern most tower was the third constructed.
Red Tower: known for their skill with the blade, they are usually the first to a fight. They do not rely on magic or distance combat. Their skill is so great, they have been seen repelling magic with their swords. The tower is just south of the Green Tower.
The Grey Tower: The lore keepers of the world, the vast library contains every bit of information ever known. Even in languages unknown to the current oldest race. The lorekeepers are said to be the wisest and are restricted to their tower or travel with more combat oriented warders to gather the worlds latest information. The southern most tower, it was the last constructed.
The towers are made of the hardest rock known to the world: Warderite, named after the warders. One attack was made against the towers, but it ended so abruptly and in so much bloodshed, that only the warders know what truly happened, for the attacking army was completely annhiliated. The warders continue to roam the lands, fighting evil and anything that may disrupt normal life. Always the protectors of the world, they will almost always be found on the frontlines of the most important battles whenever they can.
Hey Rookie, quick question 'bout the warders. Would they accept and outsider as a student and teach him their ways? I ask because I think it would be neat if Dune sent Vergil to be trained at the Red Tower.
yeah sure, you'd have to prove yourself worthy :) so do something "worthy" in the battle. take out a bunch of dudes with a weapon your unaccostumed to and show your versatile :) then i'll have him send vergil off to train to kick more butt!
Mainly storyline and npcs. They adventurers would be some of the other people that helped at the orc invasion in the beginning. Then, they decide that they want to help and do other stuff to help us, the npcs. Example, Jerecunio, I use him for my menial tasks.
Race: Firinar Human in shape only, their bodies are covered in a flame that can never be extinguished. Because of this, most do not wear any ornaments or clothings, as it wuld just burn away. However, stronger Firinar, such as Aromun, have mastered how to control what their flame burns, allowing them to wear armor and other such items.
Since Vergil is only half Firinar (maybe even only a quarter), that his would only show if he was in a dire situation, or if was angry. But it's up to you on how his flames work. Aromun might have to train him, if just for the basics.
Oh yeah, I might start calling Aromun Abreniar. This may cause some confusion now, but Aromun is to clost to Orum, and Orum is going to make a comeback. (I like comebacks.)
EDIT: It seems like me and Kork are the main posters now. What happened guys?
We should get some Elven Ranger(esses?) to defeat the Succubi heading for Telheim. I think Gondi's and Korkskrew's characters will be able to resist them too, because they are part or entirely Demon.
Grand Inquisitor Cyrilus
04-19-2005, 06:32 AM
Demons! Crystal balls! Mad (but not necessarily evil) scientists! It's all here, folks!
As always, it's late here when I get around to posting and I just want to clarify something in case my post doesn't make much sense IC. In the crystal ball's image, Chander can't actually tell that the ships are crewed by demons, and it's just assumed they're Makeen survivors.
As for the flying demons, just assume they weren't really discernable either - after all, $tormin said they were a) few and b) quickly killed.
$tormin
04-19-2005, 07:22 AM
You are good at this :P
And it wouldn't take much to keep him from seeing that demons were on the human ships. The screen resolution of a crystal ball can't be very good, all he would have to do is keep from zooming the view too close.
Evil_Gondi
04-19-2005, 03:41 PM
I was thinking of either A) Letting Orum out to convince him with good virtues and a charismatic tongue or B) possessing Vergil, which he could possibly resist. Then there's C) killing him to put out the flames, but that's a little exetreme.
Korkskrew
04-19-2005, 04:12 PM
Ok, im back, ive had meetings and all kinds of crap.
I return to find the place in terror...and the way im seeing it, there are very few female fighters or characters for that matter. Dune is on a slim defense, and Arothl is only killing any because of his training. I don't see Telheim holding up in this upcoming battle. They've gotten through too many times, and the numbers are being severely depleted.
Another defeat for the world of men?
I think it would be fun for the city to be conquered and then have us and a chunk of the army escape via tunnels and then collapse them behind us. Then we try to retake the city with guerilla tactics.
Rookie
04-19-2005, 10:08 PM
hehehe, that could be interesting. albeit somewhat repetitive. We would have smaller numbers if we were forced to retreat, and so attacking a fricken fortress that at that point would be the only time its ever been conquered. I say we blow up this one too. the guys who built had a policy in ages past: (i assume) "Either we have it, or nobody does!"
Korkskrew
04-19-2005, 10:12 PM
Actually, I just had an idea. Maybe the demons don't do an all out attack, maybe they block the roads into the city and try to starve us out! I think it would be fun to RP the tension that would inevitably develop between characters.
Like Pathanars original plan stated: Starve us out until we all kill eachother off or starve. This could lead to drastic manuevers that would lead to very exciting fights, like say through one side of the demon army then run like camels for safety?
