This is a first draft of my Firiona. I still have lots of work I'm doing on the bit, but if you like like elf women, you might like this;

It is a 3D rendering. I have a program called Poser that lets you manipulate and pose 3D objects, lights, create dynamic cloth and hair. Then render it.
I haven't gotten the hang of the dynamic cloth yet. Pun not intended.

Looks good. Hope you don't mind suggestions.
The arms are a bit pinched and the shoulders curve up a little high. Try moving her shoulders out a bit because the height/width makes it look like she's shrugging, this would also help with the pinched look. If she is shrugging her shoulders you should look at a woman with her shoulders up. The muscle in the neck moves up with her shoulders so it should be close to a flat line.
