At school, we use this computer modeling program called Rhino (www.rhino3d.com) its not the most powerfull tool out there, but many companys use it for modeling toys, jewlrey, ect. As an aspireing game disigner (I would like to get into animation, character creation, or plot writing) this I think this class gives me a major edge on getting into a college digital art program. School let out recently, so I go the bright idea to make a website of some of my better/faveorate stuff that I did. Tell me what you think.

I had Easycad in Woodshop, used it to design a entertainment center, a table, and a Co2 car :)

That some neat stuff. If you had the right programing, you could put that car on a large disk and make it spin around for animation.
I liked the dragon toy.

Actualy, I did animate the car at one point, (the way you sudjested and the car driving around) because it was a separate project to start with. Unfortunatly, at the end of the year they deleated all of my stuff on the servers, what you see on the site are scanned images of my favorate stuff (I may add more later, depending on if I can get to a scaner or not, it would be stuff from my freshman year).

That sucks that they deleted that, thats really cool stuff. How much does that program cost?

There was a program in shop called the CNC, where it had a router bit on a machine and you loaded a design onto a computer and it routed the design into a board. It was really expensive but really neat what they could do with it.

First off, thanks for your compliments, they meen alot to me.

Second, im not sure how much the program costs. My teacher gets a discount for us students who want to buy it (during the school year), and thats about $350 for the modeling, a few rendering, and animating programs that work together. The website of the modeling program is www.rhino3d.com, you can probebly order all of them there for around $500(ish, thats just a guess though). However, if you dont have an XP, dont bother. Also, if you have to select which prgrams to purchase, buy Rhino (the modeler/mid quality renderer), Flamingo (the best renderer, most of what you see on my site is in this render), Treefrog (a low grade render, but good for getting an idea of what you are going to come out with) and Bongo (the animator).
