There is nothing you can do to stop aging...
your hair might fall out...
your teeth might too...
your skin will get wrinkly and not be smooth...
arthritis may set in and make it hard to move...
someday you won't be able to do things you did at 60 or 55 or 40...
and one day we all die...
no you can prevent aging it is inevitable...
but if you know it or not...
you don't have to GROW OLD.
you don't have to not do anything just cause you can't do something.
you don't have to give up
you're still alive you still can live, though it might seem harder
don't forget how you ran in the rain...
eat ice cream...
don't get mad at yourself...
it is okay to cry...
just remember you’re not alone, others feel the same way too.
remember how it was to BE young... not what you did.
remember those starving kids YOUR mom told you about to get you to eat your peas?
they are still there...
so rejoice in your life...
be happy...
remember nothing is impossible...
miracles do happen...
so believe in them...
you may not be able to run the bases anymore, but do you remember how it felt?
God will call you home one day...
but until then...
enjoy life...
smile...
