might I suggest bio threads as well? that way, you don't have to dig through the OOCs every time you want to check something out on a character's appearance, background, etc. Just a thought.

Ok, So I though this was a great idea. I dug through and found Navins

Would be best to just post the Bio once and update the origonal posts as the become necessary

OK here is my Bio.

Navin – age 62
Race – Human/male

Class- Navin is of average height, and a slim build. Blond hair, turned silver with blue-grey eyes. His skin is enchanted with tattoos. These tattoos cover every inch of his body. When he was but a child his parent’s sent him off to a school of gifted young men. A school of Diplomacy, they welcomed him and taught him the trade. On his third year he was taken to the final trial. He was strapped down as four Monks tattooed his body with enchanted Ink. Two days later he emerged with tattoos that were clear and left a faint swirling pattern on his skin. It would be several years later that he would discover the full extent of the tattoos.

Total concentration is required to master the magic, many men have died trying to control it. It took Navin 20 years of study and constant practice to even begin to tap in to the power. Fifty years later he has finally mastered them. When evoked the tattoos provide a conduit to the others that have been tattooed. Living or not the knowledge of every master Kailean was at his disposal. Some say even of those yet to live.

Kailean’s are often thought of as assassins. Assassinations take place when a compromise could not be achieved, or the quick end to a conflict is required. They are skilled diplomats, and languages are not an issue for the ones of the order. They live by a code to seek a peaceful means, but will not shy away from combat. Sometimes even a violent end, promotes peace.

Combat skills- Deadly with hand to hand, dagger and sword fighting, Most non-lethal combat and weapons.

Mystical skill- Call of the Tattoos shrouds one to five people in a cloak allowing the party to move unseen, but very slowly, but not unheard, so Shah.

Assassination- a quick last resort kills.

Meditation of Masters- A trance like state, where the knowledge of every Master Kailean resides. Language, Combat, Magic. Very taxing on the body and mind.\

Weapons- “Slim Jim” a thin 18 inch long flat bladed dagger, used for slipping between ribs. Scimitar of Kai, general combat weapon of every Kailean Master. Tonkers, thick leather weighted gloves, non lethal meant to knock out an opponent. Hunting Bow, quiver of arrows.

Armor- Black cloth shirt. Dark leather pants. Leather boots. Oiled Travel cloak

Equipment- Normal Provisions. Enough food and water for several days journey. Lock Pick. Coil of rope, Grapple. Small leather pouch of stones? Vial of clear shimmering liquid. Several different tattooing needles.

Personality/Recent History- Having taken a Sabbatical from the order, he has been wandering for the last couple of years. At first he seems a loner, but he welcomes company. Not expecting to live much longer he lives each day to its fullest.

Name: Chander

Race: Human

Appearance: Black hair and dull grey eyes. Fairly tall, but with little muscle tone.

Armour: Wears a dark green robe over his normal clothing. The insides of his robe are lined with pouches almost all the way to the bottom. The robe is also well padded to prevent his numerous flasks and vials from smashing, though obviously provides little protection against edged weapons.

Weapons: Being an alchemist, Chander prefers to fight with his arsenal of potions, explosives and acids. However, he is also relatively proficient with knives and short swords.
His latest creation, a shortsword named the Curse of Midas, has the power to transmute flesh to gold if the blade can be driven far enough into an enemy, although the transmutation (sp?) is unreliable at best.

Personality: Chander's obsession with developing new mixtures tends to cloud his judgement over what's right and wrong. After his banishment from his home city of Makee, he is used to having more enemies then friends and so tends to be cautious around strangers.

Story so far: I'll try to keep it short
Several years after his banishment, Chander returned to Makee as part of his attempt to unlock the power held within an ancient weapon. While there, he played a key role in the catastrophic opening of the demon portal, though this is known only by the select few who witnessed the summoning. In a brief meeting with Dune, Chander claims he didn’t realise what he was doing until it was too late, but the ranger has his doubts about such claims.

Since the destruction of his homeland at the hands of the demonic army, Chander followed the exodus of his people until finally, at the battle of Mountainsgate (maybe? All the city names become a blur after a while…) he rallied the refugees of Makee together. Oblivious to the fact he’d played a part in the empire’s destruction, the desperate exiles assembled under his command and journeyed back into their desert homeland (Asharna). After forming a pact with the machine-god Pyro, Chander led the Makein exiles to the Great Mine of Asharna, where they hope to rebuild a city under Makee’s banner.




Name: Bronin Dremadrad

Race: Human

Professions: Conquistador (Makein Infantryman), tinkerer.

Armour: Wears a chainmail shirt and plate metal bracers, but the rest of his armour is leather. Over his armour he wears a heavy cloak which is padded on the inside to protect his various flasks and trinkets.

Weapons: Bronin’s preferred weapons are his Makeen heavy crossbow and his halberd, which he carries with him at most times. He also carries several throwing daggers and various flasks in his cloak, and a heavy knife sheathed on his belt.

Story so far: On Chander’s command, Bronin began to follow Dune and the rest of his cohort across the battle scarred lands. Soon after setting out, Bronin formed an allegiance with a rogue hellhound.

After discovering that the destruction of the eastern continent was caused by a member of Dune's cohort, Bronin vowed to hunt down and destroy the culprit before they could bring about another cataclysm of such magnitude.

Appearance: Small, Very thin stringy short cut briwn hair, Greens eyes anda shifty movement to him.
Disposition: Not very reliable , bit on the mad side not to quick wited very curious . basicley a Typical gnome.
