This forum is intended to play host to personal discussions. That includes, but is not limited to, commentary and requests for advice on life, love, pets, personal projects, issues, illness etc.
It's a little hard to explain exactly what fits here. But, as threads are moved and new threads are created, I think the overall idea will present itself. The best explanation I can give you is this: if there is a preponderance of first person pronouns (me, my, I, etc.) in the post, it is likely to get moved here.
What I would like people to keep in mind though, is that this is a very personal forum. Advice should be carefully considered, and only given WHEN it's specifically asked for. No one should be ridiculed for their life choices. And, insensitivity here could very easily result suspension from the GU forums.
