bob the goat

Ok, I am so geeked. I just got photos back from a monster job that I did. I helped design this furniture. I have never been so proud of anything I have done as I am of how well this stuff turned out.
Here is a photo of the reception desk. (http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a216/bobthegoat/MillbankReception.jpg)
Here is a photo of the Credenza. (http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a216/bobthegoat/MillbankCredenza.jpg)
Here is a photo of the credenza, with a corner of the table. (http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a216/bobthegoat/MillbankCredenzaandtablecorner.jpg)
Here is a photo of one of the tables. (http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a216/bobthegoat/Millbanktable2.jpg)
Here is my favorite photo, one of one of the tables. (http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a216/bobthegoat/Millbanktable1.jpg)
The tables all have a marble top, a 4” maple edge, and a 18” wide Maple center, with flip tops concealing power, phone, and data jacks. The bases (you can’t see) are 30” square maple columns.
The Reception desk has a raised Marble transaction top, high gloss wood beneath it, there is a secondary worksurface that does not show up (because it is a little lower), the front squares are glass panels. To give you an idea of scale, the width of the desk across the front is 12 feet, and its 9 feet deep.
The Credenza is 96” long, marble top, glass door fronts, and all suspended on what I called my “Japanese sandal feet”.
They ordered 1 reception desk ($48,000), 9 credenzas ($18,000 each), and 19 tables (ranging from $55,000 for the 10’ version up to $102,000 for the 36’ version).
Something about a 1.8 million dollar job going off without a hitch just makes me happy.
(not to steal the thunder from the other thread, but…the person below me wonders why I only got a crappy 3% raise this year)
