Hey guys, have you heared about this? I just came across it on imdb.
Stars Jason Statham and Burt Reynolds and I thought 'sweet!'... then I saw that Uwe Boll is the director :/....
He can make a good game-to-movie conversion for once can't he..? Can't he...? ;(
Edit: Oh yeah here's the link...

Cast looks really good. Bigtime Jason Statham fan here. I just hope their collective talent can counteract the sucking sound coming from the director.
Maybe the guy has learned, but I doubt it, LEAVE VIDEOGAMES ALONE, THEY ARE MEANT TO BE PLAYED NOT WATCHED.

I dont know about that Wolf, I'm willing to see how thay handle silent hill.
But as for this movie I seriously doubt that Uwe will surprise anyone by learning from his past works.

remember uwe boll is just a director, not the screenwriter, or the producer. you can hand peter jackson or steven spielberg a shitty ass script, and ya know, its going to be a shitty ass movie...its kinda like gtrying to get 0-60 in 2.5 seconds in a model t ford, sure you can put richard petty in there, but it just aint gonna happen

DAre I say.. The photos look pretty good. But the cast has some of my favorites in it.
Jason Statham .... Farmer Daimon
John Rhys-Davies .... Merick (as John Rhys Davies)
Ray Liotta .... Gallian
Matthew Lillard .... Duke Farrow
Leelee Sobieski .... Muriella
Burt Reynolds .... King Konreid
Will Sanderson .... Bastian
Ron Perlman .... Norrick
Claire Forlani .... Solona
Claire is back... :)
And Jason rocks..

I'm hoping that this isn't messed up like the last couple of Mr. Boll's films. Maybe the cast will inspire Uwe to direct something that is very unique from his recent movies...I guess we can only hope.

I may check it out since it is a fantasy film, but I have real reservations about Boll... why do they keep letting him make movies? It seems that everything he gets involved in turns to crap.
