It might be in part that I'm impossible to scare, barely capable of being startled... but by the end of the movie.

Let's just say I paid 16 bucks to watch the nanny get killed ^^ cause it's the only part I really enjoyed (laughed :D). However, it is a remake of a classic, and I think it did a good job of renewing the movie. For those who are fans of the origionals, should definately go see it. For people looking for a scare, look elsewhere, but as I said, it might just be me, I'm impossible to scare.

Unlike other remakes as of late, this one was actually trying to bring the old movie back to life. It didn't change much, if anything, which was good for this particular film. It was great to begin with, so, as the old saying goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it! I went to see it simply because I wanted to see if they botched it or if they really did it justice, and I was happy with the result. For fans and newcomers alike, this is worth a bit of cash and time to go see.

I looked at the trailer, saw that the movie, and probably the original misused 666, and decided it wasn't worth the bother.

It had a few scares, and the story has already proved to be entertaining. I give it a 3.5 out of 6. :-)

I waited for video for this. I remember the original scaring the crap out of me, but maybe it was because I was ten.

I found this one kind of boring besides a few jumps in there. Glad I waited for it to come out on DvD
