My band's first studio recording.

Well, after being chosen as the "Most interesting" band of a Icelandic music festival for newly formed bands, one of Iceland's most well known and respected producer, Curver, of Ghostidigital (http://ghostigital.com/story/), took us into his studio to record a couple of songs.

After three days of grueling studio conditions (mostly lying around a rather luxurious Reykjavík centrum basement playing pool), this is the end result. I'm really rather pleased with it.

The name translates as New Year. Lyrics are in Icelandic. I play the bass.

This is pretty nifty :) I like the strings and piano/keyboard a lot. This is a pretty chill song, it's pretty good. The girl singing sounds so young... like 12 or something hehe, but it sounds cute so s'all good :)
