From the happy city of Rivervale, where all the halflings lived marrily, singing as they harvested their crops, singing as they trained to become stronger, a young halfling was not happy. She had been there for almost six years now, and it was starting to get to her.

As of late, she had began getting voices in her head, telling her that the way she was taking was completely wrong. She had told a her friends when they gathered, all of them thought she was crazy and wouldn't talk to her after that.

Her name Oodora Kodora, after everyone rejected her, almost banishing her to leave their happy city forever. She decided that she couldn't stand it anymore and ran out through Kithicor Woods, where she was headed, she didn't know.

She listened as the voices told her where she was to go. Many people stared at her as she would nod and talk to herself. It wasn't long before she arrived at the market in the eastern commonlands, that is where she stumbled into a young Teir'dal woman.

"Oh, forgive me dark one, I was not watching where I was going," Oodora said standing up and brushing herself and the Teir'dal off.

The Teir'dal, watched as the halfling bowed down to her, as if she was paying off something that was more terrible then just a mere run in.

"I am Oodora Kodora, I have been told by....."she stopped her sentence and began with another, knowing the story she told all her friends in Rivervale would not go well out in the open world. "I am Oodora Kodora, once a resident of Rivervale, I now wander the world in search for my new home. I feel my kind have been nothing, but ignorant in seeing that everthing is happy. I have been questioning their ways for sometime now. I wish to turn over a new leaf, I can't live with them anymore..." thinks of all she has said then looks up to find the woman grinning at her, "...if it would be possible, I would like to follow you, and your kind."

Still grinning the woman says, "I may have a place for you young one. Come with me."

She was brought to a more quiet part of the commonlands, where the merchants wouldn't yell in her ears.

"I am Soraia Velg`arn, to you I am your mistress. You shall serve me, my Qu`Ellar, and our father Innoruuk. I have another servant like yourself, but she is growing old, your young soul should fit well. You will not be able to go back after you join me today."

A large smile grew on Oodora's face as she heard these words and nodded.

"I do wish to follow you my mistress, I shall stay loyal to you, the father, and the Qu`Ellar. I will need to return to Rivervale for some of my studies. I hope you will allow me to do so. I wish to help you with all my abilities at their peak." After saying this she realized her place now, and bowed, her head down facing the ground.

"Now little one, your first duty to me is to train as hard as you can, so that you can serve me to the best of your abilities. Off with you, now."

Oodora did as she was told and headed off to Rivervale to get all her studies done. Soraia smiled as she found she had a new servant to replace Delffie.
