This is Hollywood we're talking about... not that I'm not excited, but I'm sure they'll find a way to F it up somehow. They always seem to with really great books. :(

Very cool, but why animated? The original Dragonlance Trilogy ranks as one of my favorite fantasy series of all time...

Also, Goldmoon a "Native American".... Lucy Lawless (whoever that is) seems to have no clue who Goldmoon actually is, and she provided the voice acting? Not encouraging to me.

Is America a part of Krynn? Were there many Sioux or Pawnee running around Ansalon? I don't get it... sorry.

Lucy Lawless is better known as Xena from her TV series, and I'd guess that's how the part was explained to her without her having to read or get into the setting.

Not sure what to think about her as a casting choice then. Never got into that show due to the cheesiness factor.

Okay somewhat miffed. If the actor doing the voice hasn't at least read the book WTF. How can they know the true feelings of the character. Maybe I am just too big of a Dragonlance Fanboi.

Ah I just checked the website and found out the guy who plays Lex Luthor in Smallville will be doing the voice for Tanis Halfelven. Hmm..
