Oblivion Potion/Poison question

I have heard that it is possible to use negative potions to poison arrows, weapons, and even food. I saw a post where a person had poisoned the food in a house to carry out an assassination.

My question is... how do I do this? How do I poison that loaf of bread or an arrow? Thanks in advance.

i think most of the poison items are given to you by NPCs, im not sure how to apply poisons to your weaponry though.

sorry i cant be anymore helpful, i dont even have the game, i just looked up a few guides for the word "poison" and mostly it was like poison apple, turpentine to apply to your poison, ect.

id guess that poison you make can be applied to things by using the bottle?

Cool thanks, and yea I was able to establish that if you are a member of the Dark Brotherhood you get access to poisoned apples which you can use to kill people off!

the first time i went through the Darkbrotherhood quests, I thought you could kill vincente with human blood alchemized with garlic....no such luck
