Upon seeing the sailor suit, bob the goat suggested a Vampire, gothic, cheerleader bobthepenguin.

The same challenge request landed me a line from Clareon again, this time requesting an angel of death. Thanks to Bob the goat's crazy ideas, Rookie popped up with one that was truly crazy. A rocker, ninja, pirate, cowboy, scubadiving penguin on a stick. That one took some time, but is the first penguin pic with a background. I figured blue background was the easiest way to indicate water. And, the stick says "A Stick!" I finally got around to Bob the goat's craziest request ever. It's a Pirate, Ninja, Schoolgirl penguin fighting dragons while riding bareback on a water buffalo. It's insane. A random gnome attack in the silly thread reminded me of spending time with my best friends. We called ourselves the gnomes, and we had gnome hats, and we went to the nature center and shouted our battle cry "Shut the Window!". Also, you will see my staff again, in a photo and another penguin.

A strange thought from Rookie resulted in a trip to deepest, darkest africa. Bob goes on safari (http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l135/Jillthefishy/bobthesafaripenguin.jpg)! Elephants and girraffes are hard to draw!

When bob the goat poisoned my fish, Claroen used his transmogification ray to turn me into Bobthenursepenguin. That didn't exist yet, so Soria had to heal me with the magic of a hug. Someone threw Chinchillas into the silly thread, and I just had to go all Mariachi and sing La Cucaracha. I think I do the three caballeros proud. And don't you just love the puffy sleeves?

Unfortunately, on this one the vision exceeds my skills. Nymph requested a bobthechaosnymph. We discussed this and came to the consensus that nymphs were basically faries without wings, or girls in short tunics. We also discussed that choas would be swirling reds and blues and blacks. This penguin comes from a conversation with Endymion. We were talking about the martial arts, and I mentioned that I took karate for several years as a youngling. I was sooo cute, with my long blonde braid and my gi! Anyway, that spurred a new costume. Sorry, y'all, I got out of Star Trek after TNG. I've seen a few eppys of Deep Space Nine, but no Babylon 5. And I didn't even hear about Firefly until after Serenity came out. Sad. Now I own the DVD's of both series and movie.

Deep Space Nine was my favourite after TNG, but Babylon 5 is in a class by itself, more political intrigue, class discrimination, good vs. evil, ancient races, and the human race stuck in the middle of it, really enjoyable.

The fellow you're talking about is Grant (Imahara i think). he's one of the guys they get to do the testing, he's sort of a personality between Jamie and Adam, depending who he's with. I loved it when they were doing sea sickness cures and they were spinning him around to try and make him puke. He used to work for ILM, he updated some of the equipment in the new Star Wars flicks, mostly R2-D2 i think.

My mother swears that I named him that because Big Bird's bear is named Radar. I love MASH too, but I've had Radar since I was 2, and he's been Radar that long, so mommy may be right. I saw his twin brother at the second-hand store, and promptly named him Sonar. I didn't bring Sonar home, but I think I may if I ever find him again. I did bring home a little bear who was right beside Sonar, and I decided he was Sonar's son, Rikki, who was going to go live with his Uncle Radar. I have pics somewhere, cause I wrote a childrens book in Spanish and English about Rikki. Very, very cool.
