To clarify, Disney is moving to buy Marvel for four billion in cash and stocks. Two key ingredients there...

Until they clear anti-trust investigations they've not bought anything. And "stocks" is crucial to understanding the arrangement should the purchase be approved.

4 billion is a pretty good deal considering they got Pixar for 7.something.

I think they could make that back in 8 to 10 strong marvel movies.

So I guess it missed since its marvel and not DC, but it seems like it leads to Ted making another joker appearance to make comment on Marvel having easy super heroes to defeat. Imagine him beating Goofy with both hands "tied behind his back" as it were.
