Recently a certain Florida anti-gaming lawyer that we refuse to name, met with Take-Two Interactive's new Chairman, Strauss Zelnick, in New York. No details have been given as to the reason for this meeting.

I won't even begin to speculate as to what brought this meeting about. And I can only guess about the result. Anyway, it was really difficult for me to do this comic, as you know how loathe I am to mention Smackywack in any way shape or form. But sometimes my desire to relate interesting news supersedes my motivation not to give "certain people" more attention than they deserve.

Please note: Regardless of the imagery of the comic, I do not wish any actual harm on Smackywack. If he came anywhere near my carpet I'd thow it out too... just not with him IN it.

Maybe he is being taken Cleopatra style to his Caesar???

Smackywack couldn't afford cab fare so they found an Empire Carpets willing to deliver him and the carpet to a neighbor's house who is remodeling.

Wow I love the perspective of the comic. I mean the way it feels 3d and the feet in carpet are coming out at you.

Uhm...maybe they met because Smackywhack is in a situation where he cannot move to ban the sales of Take 2 products, and he's trying a new method. He probably wanted to tell Mr. Zelnick that if they do not immediately halt the production of Grand Theft Auto 4, he would start suing orphans...you know...because some of them will grow up to make video games and therefore they are solely responsible for the moral degradation of today's society. It might sound strange...but this is the same guy who is considering suing Wendy's for giving out Nintendo Wii toys with their children's meals.

Id only drag him out of there like that if he refused to leave, of course.
