Just so you know. (3/20)
Via their fledgling blog, the Behemoth, developers of Alien Homonid, announced Tuesday that their much-longed-for XBLA, side-scrolling, multiplayer, adventure title Castle Crashers would have 22 unlockable characters that could be used throughout he came "by various different means". The DevBlog character list will be update as the game approaches launch.
Source: the Behemoth DevBlog [ more info ] Castle Crashers is another one of those games that, as soon as I saw it, I knew I wanted it. I mean, how could I resist those little knights? The art direction on this game, like Alien Hominid, appeals to me on a level that I am not clever or elequent enough to really explain. And the juxtaposition of the "cutesy" knights and the tail of destruction they leave in their wake amuses me to no end. I encourage you, if you haven't already been following the game to go check it out. And if you find yourself smitten with the game and begin anticipating it's release, you can say thank you by sendng me the little knight figurines from the Behemoth store. [/kidding] |

The game looks interesting. Some big helmets, though.

Aye, been excited for this game before I got my 360 about a year and a half ago. When considering my purchase I was looking at all this awesome XBL stuff they showed off at an E3. Been really craving something three buddies and I could sit down and smack crap around together in. We picked up TMNT the Arcade Game... But that's an entirely different breed ('FEED ME QUARTERS') of game. Still wish they'd announce The Simpsons arcade game though =)

I loved Alien Homonid, best underdog game. I would probebly be more interested in their newest game if I owned a Xbox360.

This looks like it'll have the same appeal as Alien Hominid did: Somehow very fun.
I always did wonder how it got so famous - I wonder if Dan Paladin does too. |

I like the visual style. Had I not enough games to finish already I might pick it up.

I don't own an XBox, so I likely won't be playing this. I just wanted to say that I love both the idea and the phrase "unlockable pants."
