There are consequences for everything we do. So considering Ted's conversation with his mother yesterday, I considered the potential consequences of having a hardcore mom.

In my mind Ted's dad plays WoW too, but he exists at the other end of the spectrum. He's the consummate newb, perpetually rolling alts and doing the same 20 levels of content over and over again. And if TV commercials are right he's not smart enough to operate complex machinery like the washer and dryer.

But yeah, if you just imagined your own dad swinging free... my work here is done.

Haha, I kept my mom from doing Thanksgiving dishes by asking her and dad to come help me and my hubby with the Nexus instance.

I wish my parents played WoW. That would totally rock.

Well.. both my parents actually do play WoW (i dragged them into it).

basically we eat a lot of takeout, since i can cook about as well as... as... as something which doesn't cook well at all.

But about the having parents who play thing.. yeah.. its all well and good. till they start getting better gear than you, that is.. *cry*

also, woody.. now I'm gonna have nightmares for weeks.. thank you very much.

Oh so familiar....I told people in my guild my husband will come home from work and know that my death knight reached 70 because the dishes and the laundry will be done.

My sons drug me in (Starting with Ultima Online)
Now in WoW we have a 2v2 team, 3v3 and have been known to troll the instances.

My sons are 24 and 30 yrs old...I am a young 49. We have been gaming for years and the girlfriends (now wives) and my husband all have learned...when the 3 of us get together nothing else is getting done.

Fortunately my husband does his own laundry! LOL

I was thinking of getting my dad in on the game.
He might like it, but seriously woody.... you ruined my day with that mental image....
