Got a joke idea in the mail yesterday, which was great since we had friends over last night, and I didn't have time to come up with one myself. This one was sent by a father/son team.

Here's what they had to say about the submission...

While playing Wow my son and I often wonder about NPC jobs that are totally behind the scene jobs. One item that we have been dropping a lot is Salted Yeti Cheese. I always get this mental image of some poor guy that has to go out and milk the yetis for a living........ Whooooo speaking of jobs that suck.

Imagine how tough it would be just to find the udders. So much stinky white hair to comb through.

On the cold, I have several co-workers who have had a nagging cold that won't fully go away. Some have gone to antibiotics, some have been using Neti pots religiously, but all to no avail. If you figure it out, let me know so I can pass along any advice, with the appropriate disclaimers, of course.

From digging through poop to torturing baby monkeys...I've had my fill of weird/gross quests.

LOL! I always love the absurdity of "behind the scene" moments with games.

Someone is clearly in charge of doing the dirty work involved in getting these items into the game.

Someone is cleaning out the stables used by the mount vendors and flight masters. Someone is washing the uniforms that belong to the guards of each city. Someone is washing the dishes at the inns. Someone is laying out a lot of dung for all the mushrooms and fungi that the Undercity eats (they've probably made a deal with the guy who cleans all of the stables).

This could be a job for Mike Rowe.

Well, they clearly are not taming Polar Bears to serve as mounts, that much I do know after 4 months of dailies...

I sold some GU coloring books for a while. I think I've still got some in storage if you folks wanted me to toss them back up in the store.

They do have the old logo on them though. Ewww!

An updated colorbook would be cool, like the idea tho, would keep me and the son amused for a while
