I received an email from someone yesterday with a business proposal for me. In their email they let me know that they'd emailed my business@ address but I'd never responded. Now my business@ address used to forward automatically to woody@ so I was a bit confused.

I went to check on things and sure enough the business@ was not forwarding correctly. Hell, it wasn't forwarding at all. So there were 27 other proposals just sitting in the business@ inbox. Whoops!

Hopefully no one go too upset with my delayed response.

That's good news. Should keep you busy for a while.

A business proposal is just that... a proposal. Usually they do not pan out. Investors either want too much return. Someone wants me to do artwork for free for the chance that I make a percentage of the profits IF it sells. Or, someone wants me to start doing a new comic for them where I would get a share of the profits when the site is posted.

About 99% of all business proposals go no where. So it's not something I get excited about.
I've yet to have a business proposal really work out in my favor.

That is very true Woody, I have had a ton of them as well. Went as far as sketches for minatures as well as the first chapter of a comicbook, all fell thru for one reason or another. But then there is that 1% that makes all the headaches ( there is a more approiate word but..... ) of going thru the process worth while. Yet to get my break but who knows, I have a few ideals on the back burner.

As my boss used to say "it only takes ONE to work to make the other 5000 that didn't worth while" or something to that effect.

Let's hope you get something you can earn something from soon.
